Program for Wednesday, 20th September, 2017 is a special day for RCBMT when our Dist.Governor Rt. Prafull Sharma will make his Official Visit to our Club.

The meeting is at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. It’s absolutely important that we do attend this most prestigious meeting to ensure maximum attendance.

1st Session – Meeting with Officers & Partners in service
Closed Door Mtg With Club Officers: 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM 
Meeting the IYE Students, Inner Wheel, Rotaract, Interact: 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM 

2nd Session – Fellowship Time & Assembly cum Regular Meeting
Lunch Time: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM 
Club Assembly – DG to address [this is part of our Regular meeting]:1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
