Subject: ‘The Disruptive Gender-My Career in Police’ 

Meeran Chadha Borwankar opted for a non-traditional career as an IPS officer in the early eighties and was only the second lady IPS Officer in Maharashtra then. She is ready to share her tumultuous journey in this predominantly male bastion. Besides being the Chief of Crime Branch Mumbai, she was also the Commissioner of police Pune. Tighten your belts, it could be a rocky terrain for the audience.
