Jamal Mecklai, forex risk management guru, was the speaker in the meeting of Rotary Club of Bombay Mid-Town on 20th June.

On 15th June, Rotary Club of Bombay Mid-Town celebrated the Annual Awards Night and Birthdays & Anniversaries of June at a well attended event.

MD & CEO of Mecklai Financial Services Ltd., Mr. Jamal Mecklai is widely considered an authority on market risk management in India.

Past District Governor Dr. Bharat Pandya, also elected as Rotary International Director 2019-21, spoke on ‘Timeless Rotary’ in the meeting of Rotary Club of Bombay Mid-Town on June 6, 2018, at The Taj Mahal Hotel.

The last Fellowship of Rotary Year 2017-18 will be an evening with fine drinks, great food and melodious music.

Eleven students in Germany on a Rotary Youth Exchange Program for 3 weeks organised by Rotary Club of Bombay Mid-Town and Rotary Club Nidda, Germany were given a fond farewell party on 31st May. Seen in the picture are the students from Mumbai with their host siblings from Germany and Mr. Manfred Knoll.

The Fourth and final Club Assembly for the Rotary year 2017-18 was held on 23rd May 2018.

On the Fourth Club Assembly of the Year, Office Bearers, Directors & Committee Chairmen will give update of the work done so far and share plans of our Club going ahead.

U.P.S MADAN IAS – (Metropolitan Commissioner, MMRDA), addressed our meeting, where he spoke about TRANSPORT SCENARIO OF MUMBAI METROPOLITAN REGION IN THE NEXT DECADE on 25th April 2018, Wednesday.

Mr. Rajan Jayakar, lawyer, historian, collector of art and artefacts, creator and curator of the Bombay High Court Museum, addressed our meeting on April 18, 2018. He spoke about ‘The History of Judiciary in Bombay’.
