Brief on Talk: Millennials (those born from roughly 1980 to 2000) will fundamentally change the work force and the family unit. Older generations of workers and parents of millennials are sometimes annoyed and perplexed by this generation of young people. The skill set, expectations, values, and the priorities of a millennials are vastly different than – and often perceived as in opposition to – their parents and older colleagues.

This talk will focus on how to leverage and build an effective synergy between the millennials and those of a different generation.
