Dear Rotarians,
The Rotary year 2015–16 started with my installation on July 1, 2015 as the President of the club for the second time taking over from Mohan Lalvani (who was also serving as president for the second time). I am happy that my club has entrusted me this task and I will do my utmost to keep the flag of RC Bombay Mid-Town flying high.
You will be happy to see new faces as Club Officers in the team for the RY 2015–2016—Rtn Dr. Deepak Garg as Joint Secretary; Rtn Jaidev Mehta as Additional Secretary; Rtn Rajeev Thakkar as Joint Treasurer; Rtn Arindam Ghosh as Addl Sergeant and Rtn Abuzar Zakir as Chairman of Medical Committee. I Hope this effort will bear fruit and I hope I will get full support from you.
We have established a ‘Twin (Sister) Relationship’ with Rotary Club of Gainesville and both clubs will work together Inner Wheel Club of Bombay Mid-Town for a ‘Mumbai Literacy’ project. I hope to have good fellowships during the year. Wish me luck to serve you better!
