Captain Rishabh Kapur was the Speaker in RCBMT meeting on 5th July, 2017. Capt. Kapur flew Air India plane that evacuated Indians and people of other nationalities as well who had flee Yemen in 2015 when hostilities broke out. Operation Raahat, as this was known, was appreciated world over as this called for flying civilian aircraft into war zone to evacuate people.
